Commercial property maintenance

In addition to undertaking domestic work, I also undertake commercial property maintenance on behalf of a number of local companies, small businesses and other commercial clients in and around Verwood, Wimborne, Ferndown, Ringwood and Bournemouth.

To date, my commercial projects have included emergency call outs (i.e. water leaks), various plumbing & electrical work, painting and decorating, complete office renovations/refurbishments, the design & fitting of bathroom & toilet facilities, and a new communal fitted kitchen.


Property maintenance services for landlords & managing agents

I also provide a full range of property maintenance services to local landlords, managing agents & tenants, ranging from simple handyman tasks, painting & decorating, 'wear & tear' repairs and various plumbing work (i.e. fitting new taps), to complete property refurbishments and end of tenancy repairs.
