Gallery: Internal painting, decorating & wallpapering

Here is my portfolio of some of the painting and decorating projects I have completed since 2008.

Painting & decorating in Wimborne

This was an internal painting and decorating project I did in 2010 for a local landlord in Wimborne. The tenants had recently moved out and the landlord required the whole flat to be redecorated and renovated. The landlord had asked me to completely redecorate the flat in preparation for new tenants as the flat was looking 'tired' and in need of renovation.

I painted the walls of the hallway, bedroom and living room, as well as paint the ceilings in each room, gloss all wooden doors, door frames, woodwork and radiators.

I also installed a new kitchen and bathroom in this flat, and photographs of these can be seen in my other galleries: kitchen design & installation and bathroom design & installation.

Lounge/dining room wallpapering in Verwood

This was a wallpapering and painting project that I undertook in 2012 for a customer in Verwood. The customer had originally asked me to just wallpaper the lounge, but they liked the wallpaper and finished effect so much, they asked me to hang the same wallpaper in the adjoining dining room!

Please note how the wallpapering and flower print lines up across the two rooms.

Painting & decorating in Ringwood

This was a large painting & decorating project that I undertook at an unoccupied house in Ringwood in early 2013 for a landlord. This project consisted of painting all walls and ceilings in the property, including the lounge, dining room, kitchen, hallway and bedrooms to 'freshen it up' before a new tenant was scheduled to move in.

This project also included gloss painting the doors, door frames, window frames, skirting boards, coving and other woodwork, like cupboards around the property. In addition, I also repaired and repainted the back window frame that had weathered and started to rot.

Painting, decorating & wallpapering in Verwood

This was a large painting & wallpapering project that I undertook at a house in Verwood in 2011 where I wallpapered the master bedroom, landing and downstairs hallway, as well as gloss painted the internal doors, wooden door frames and skirting boards.

This project was quite complex, especially in the landing and hallway areas, where there were a number of awkward angles that required different wallpapering techniques to ensure that the patterns matched up throughout.
