In addition to providing property maintenance services to domestic clients, Homestyle Property Maintenance can also provide handyman & property repairs to commercial clients, local businesses, landlords & property managing agents.

Over the years, I have undertaken a number of projects for local businesses and small commercial clients based across Dorset and Hampshire. For example, back in 2010, I undertook a large office renovation for a commercial client based in Ringwood which involved the clearing and redecoration of a number of offices, building and installing a wide variety of bespoke fitted office furniture, and the design and fitting of high quality male and female toilet facilities.

In addition, I have also undertaken a number of smaller property maintenance projects for a wedding venue in Christchurch, one project in particular involved converting an old disused external building into mixed toilet facilities, including all associated plumbing works, electrical works, painting & decorating, flooring and finishing's.

Property maintenance for landlords & managing agents

Homestyle Property Maintenance also provides property maintenance solutions to landlords and managing agents around Verwood, Wimborne, Ringwood, Ferndown & Bournemouth.

Over the years, I have undertaken a number of projects for my landlord clients & various managing agents, ranging from simple handyman tasks, plumbing repairs such as replacing dripping taps, small electrical jobs like replacing blown lightbulbs and plug sockets, fixing washing machine leaks, and painting & decorating jobs, to end of tenancy repairs and complete property renovations and refurbishments - whereby I have prepared properties for sale or new tenants.

For example, to date, I have undertaken a number of large renovation projects on properties in Verwood, Bournemouth and Wimborne. One particular project I completed was in 2011, which resulted in two months of refurbishment work in a two bedroom flat in Wimborne. The project involved redecorating and reflooring every room at the property, as well as designing and fitting a brand new bathroom and fitted kitchen ready for the new tenants. The second project I worked on for a landlord was in Verwood that required a brand new kitchen and a number of other small property repairs after a long lease tenant moved out of the property.
