• Property renovations / refurbishments

  Renovating your current property is an increasingly popular way to refresh your property's look, feel and value. Since 2008, I have undertaken a large number of complete property renovations and can undertake every aspect of the project, from design & planning, to painting & decorating, flooring, plumbing, carpentry & joinery, electrical, and tiling, to new fitted kitchens, bathrooms and shower rooms.

  I can even help you to pick and choose whatever you have in mind for your property, from paint colours, to wallpaper and kitchen appliances, depending on whatever your budget, needs or style.

• Painting, decorating & wallpapering

  A wide range of painting, decorating & wallpapering services provided, ranging from basic preparation work, to painting & decorating, wallpapering, painting ceilings, painting wooden doors, door frames, window frames & internal woodwork, painting radiators, gloss work, varnishing and wood staining.

• Bathroom fitting

  I specialise in installing and fitting new bathrooms, from the design phase right through to installation of new sinks, toilets, bath showers, taps and shower enclosures, as well as all associated plumbing, drainage, pipework and bathroom electrical works.

  I also undertake tiling works, floor tiling, wall tiling or splashback tiling work, installation of bathroom lighting & extractor units, glass screens, sanitary units, and any bathroom specific painting and decorating. I even install electric power shower systems and fully tiled wet rooms.

• Kitchen fitting

  As well as bathrooms, I also specialise in the design, installation & fitting of kitchens. I can assist whether you would like a new kitchen installed or renovated in an apartment, flat, bungalow or a large home. My services cover everything from the design phase right through to preparation and the installation/fitting of the whole kitchen, including new kitchen units, kitchen cupboards, fitted worktops & kitchen appliances.

  Should any specific gas work, plumbing or electrical work be required when installing your new kitchen, i.e. the installation of a new gas hob, boiler system or additional electrics, this work will be undertaken by my recommended Gas Safe registered plumber and NIC EIC registered electrician, where required, to ensure all gas and electric works are fully compliant.

• Electrical

  All basic electrical work undertaken, ranging from general electrics, like light fittings, blown bulbs, light switches, plug sockets, and the installation of electrical appliances.

  I can even oversee any specific electrical work where required, including new electrical installations, rewiring projects, fault finding, electrical testing and emergency electrical repairs with the assistance of my recommended NIC EIC registered electrician who can certify and sign-off of all forms of electrical works to ensure that all works are compliant with domestic Part P electrical standards.

• Plumbing

  All forms of domestic plumbing work undertaken, including kitchen & bathroom plumbing, repairs and replacement of leaking/loose taps, blockages, new sinks, showers, baths and toilet systems, electric power shower systems, hot water systems and tanks/cylinders, water, waste pipes, plumbing, drainage and guttering.

  In addition, I can also oversee additional/specific plumbing or gas works, like new gas installations, boiler installations and central heating systems with the assistance of my Gas Safe registered plumber.

• Tiling

  All forms of tiling work undertaken, ranging from basic ceramic bathroom tiling, shower tiling and floor tiling to the tiling of kitchens, shower rooms, utility rooms and the installation of wet rooms, as well as grouting & sealing.

• Carpentry & joinery

  Wide range of carpentry, joinery and woodwork services, ranging from design and installation of bespoke cupboards, units, fitted wardrobes, doors and shelves, to the repair or painting of new internal or external doors, floors, skirting boards, fascias, staircases, loft hatches and wooden window frames.

• Insurance claims & repairs

  Due to my experience in insurance repairs, I have undertaken a wide range of insurance-related work to date, ranging from basic water damage, flood damage, fire damage, burst water pipes and even 'trace & access' works (i.e. identifying and accessing the cause of the damage through flooring and walls, like water leaks).
  

  I can also provide an emergency call out service, to help with shutting off a water supply or stopping running water etc in order to prevent further damage.
